Description

Our peer supporters are veterans who understand the unique experiences, challenges, and transitions that can come with military service. This creates a space for honest, relatable conversations between peers who share a similar level of understanding.

These sessions are designed to provide peer-based support, connection, encouragement, and conversation. Practicing Peace Project does not provide mental health treatment, therapy, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or medical advice. Our peer supporters do not prescribe, recommend, or make changes to medications.

This is a space for veterans to connect, be heard, and support one another.

Participation does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional treatment relationship.
